We’ve been commanded to love one another just as we have been loved by our Savior. And it’s our love for each other that shows the world we are children of God. John 13:35 says, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Prayers for Today:

• Ask God to make us a community that is marked by remarkable love in spite of our differences.
  
• Pray that our unity and love would be a powerful apologetic to our community.
  
• Ask God to help us grow in diversity in a way that reflects the diversity of our community and the diversity of the kingdom of God.
  
• Pray that God would show you how to build bridges and intentionally pursue relationships with people who are different from you.
