Description
The Gospel of Luke is a breathtaking text, filled with glorious accounts of the life and teachings of Jesus. The Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) are central to understanding God’s Word. In them is the narrative of the life, miracles, teachings, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus. He is the hinge of history. Everything in the Old Testament looks forward to Jesus’ coming. Everything after Jesus’ resurrection looks back at his completed work. On a practical level, Luke is a pretty long book with chapters that range from easily manageable to expansive. God didn’t divide his Word into chapters and verses; humans did. But the divisions help us all stay on the literal same page. Between the spoken messages and workbook curriculum, the Capital Hills Campus Exposition team has tried to give you the big picture while also zooming in on a few details. There are videos associated with this study (approximately 30 minutes in length).
Registration for Luke by Sheena English, Erin Piner, and Jeni Schafrath closed on 1/31/2024.
