Pray With Us

  1. Pray for your One, and for others who will attend our Christmas services. Ask God for boldness in inviting your One, your friends, your family, and your coworkers to church for Christmas services. Ask God to open their hearts to your invitation and their eyes to see Jesus. Pray that they would be changed by a genuine encounter with him.
  2. Pray that the message of Christmas would be clear as we gather to worship. Ask God to use us to announce “good tidings of great joy” to all people. Pray that our worship would call the broken and oppressed to find hope in Jesus. Ask God to use us to bring hope to our city.
  3. Pray for those who make decisions this Christmas. Ask God to cause them to grow and flourish as they begin a lifelong journey of discipleship.
  4. Pray that we would be faithful to disciple and walk alongside new believers. Ask God to make us a church devoted to stirring up faith and hope in one another.
  5. Pray for our leaders and pastors, that they would be “steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.” Ask God to preserve and protect us all for the sake of His glory and His great name.

Volunteer sign ups have closed so we can prepare for the weekend. If you are still interested in serving, please contact your campus’ Guest Services Director or Summit Kids Director.

Our Christmas Offering

As the U.S. opens to refugees again and the situation in Afghanistan evolves, we will be welcoming more internationals and refugees into our community in the next year. During all Christmas services, we will collect a special offering to support organizations that will welcome these new neighbors with not only the support to establish a new life, but also the love of Christ.

FAQ

Yes, anyone kindergarten and older must reserve a seat to attend. You will receive an email confirmation once you have registered.
We'll provide Summit Kids for children ages birth through preschool. Children in kindergarten through 12th grade must be registered to attend the main service.
If you attend the Downtown Durham, North Durham, Alamance County, or Chapel Hill campuses, you will worship with our Brier Creek campus. If you attend our Garner campus, you will worship with our Capital Hills campus.
In your confirmation email, there is a link at the bottom to cancel/return spots from your reservation.
Yes! We’re asking all volunteers to attend one and serve at least one in areas such as Summit Kids and guest services. Sign up here.
