Summit Kids VBS

June 22–25, 2020

The Gospel Is the Story Everyone Needs To Hear!

We are hosting a virtual VBS for kindergarteners through 4th-graders that can be done right in our living rooms, yards, driveways, and neighborhoods! VBS is always a highlight of the summer because we get to spend four days learning, playing, and worshiping Jesus.

And one of the best parts is that we invite our family, friends, and neighbors to join us. This year we’ll be inviting them into our homes so we can learn about the Story Everyone Needs To hear!

What to Expect

This year's digital VBS will include...

Daily Digital Sessions

Our opening session will include worship, a lesson, and a mission focus. Videos will be posted each day to Facebook and YouTube. We will then “send” you to do other activities with your family and friends.

Activity Cards

You will receive four activity cards, one for each day. These cards will contain directions for a simple craft and game. Crafts and games will have minimal prep and require minimal supplies. (Snack time is optional and at your discretion.)

Friday Celebration

Each family that completes their activity cards can bring them to their campus on Friday for a special (socially-distanced) celebration time. This time will include a very special VBS surprise for any kid that is registered for VBS.

One of the coolest parts about VBS is that we get to invite our family, friends, and neighbors to join us and hear the good news of Jesus. This year, instead of inviting them to come with us to church, we get to take VBS to them! Following proper guidelines, we believe you’ll be able to invite other kids to do VBS with you.
Absolutely! You can share the registration link or register your neighbors yourself if you know they will be joining!

No, the videos won’t be live. We’ll post the videos each day, so your family will be able to watch at your own pace!
If supplies are an issue, please talk to your campus kids pastor or director. We would love to help you and have some scholarships available.

If you have any further questions, please contact the Summit Kids staff member at your campus and they will be happy to help! If you aren’t sure who your Summit Kids staff member is, then feel free to email our Summit Kids Pastor, Josh Navey.
