Thank you for considering going on a short-term trip with the Summit! We are boldly asking God to give us the promise he made to Jesus in Psalm 2:8. “Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance” (NIV). You are part of the answer to that prayer.

Requirements to Go on a Short-term Trip

To apply to go on a short-term trip, you must:

  1. Be a follower of Christ.
  2. Be a member or regular, in-person attendee of The Summit Church.
  3. Demonstrate an understanding of the gospel and how it propels us to go to the nations.

Southeast Asia - Dec (3271)

Capital Hills Campus 12/1/2024 to 12/9/2024 $2,200.00

Applications and $300.00 deposit due August 3, 2024.

We are going to a mega city that serves as the cultural, financial, and economic center of the country. We will be spending time in the city and working with one of our Summit families who are currently living and serving there. We will get to know them, pray with them, and encourage them as they serve amongst some of the most unreached people groups in the world. We will have opportunities to engage with different ministries and care for those that are far from God but close to our missionaries geographically.

This team will be working with local missionaries and ministry leaders in the mountain region of Honduras. We'll get to know the people, spend time encouraging them, and provide assistance using whatever skills available by the team members.

Mephibosheth Training Center (MTC) is a school in Ghana aimed at training children with physical and intellectual disabilities to be productive members of society. The school focuses on providing therapy to the children at the school and the greater community. If you have experience with or are an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech Therapist, or have a heart to serve children with physical or intellectual disabilities, please consider applying for this trip.
